My French teacher had our class write ads for random stuff in french; she says that there is something wrong with the capitalized “être”, but I can’t figure out what to replace it with! Apparently, “été” is wrong too… please help me!

I tried “est” first, she said it was wrong, so I tried “être”, which was also wrong, and finally I tried “été” which was ALSO wrong! I’m out of ideas for how to conjugate it…

It needs to be conjugated. I believe the correct form is est. 3rd person singular present tense. Although since it’s a subclause in a sentence that starts with voudrais (conditional right?) that might be the wrong tense.
